We recently designed a website for The Squinty Baker, a small local bakery known for its handmade breads and delicious sweet treats. The aim of the project was to create a simple, welcoming online space where customers could easily learn about the business, browse the products, and find out how to order.
To stay true to the brand, the site uses a minimal black and white colour scheme, reflecting The Squinty Baker’s existing branding. This simple palette allows the photography to take centre stage, with plenty of images showcasing the freshly baked breads, pastries and sweet treats.
The website also tells the story behind the business, sharing how The Squinty Baker began and the passion behind the baking. Alongside this, visitors can find clear information on where to buy the products, including local markets, local shops and how to order directly for collection.
Overall, the result is a clean, easy-to-navigate website that celebrates the bakery’s products and makes it simple for customers to find out where and how to enjoy them.
