We created a clean, user-friendly microsite for Skyelander Apartments, a collection of three self-catering properties located on the beautiful Isle of Skye. The design uses calming shades of blue and grey to reflect the coastal surroundings and create a fresh, inviting space for potential guests.
Each apartment is featured on the site with its own dedicated section, complete with a description and photo gallery to give visitors a feel for the space before they book. We kept the layout simple and clear to ensure a smooth browsing experience, and added a direct link to the client’s third-party booking system for easy reservations.
To build trust and provide all the information guests might need, we included testimonials from past visitors, a list of on-site facilities, and a map showing the apartments’ location. There’s also information about local attractions, helping users plan their stay and make the most of their trip to Skye.
Finally, the site features a short introduction to Karen, the host, giving it a personal touch and helping visitors feel at ease. All contact details are clearly displayed, making it easy for guests to get in touch. The result is a light, welcoming microsite that captures the charm of the apartments and the stunning setting they sit in.
