We recently designed and developed a new website for ConfideUK, an independent reporting service that provides a safe and confidential way for individuals to raise concerns within organisations.
The aim of the project was to create a professional and trustworthy online presence that clearly explains how the service works, while making the information feel approachable and easy to understand.
We worked with ConfideUK’s existing branding, using shades of blue and white throughout the site to create a calm and professional feel. Plenty of white space keeps the pages clean and uncluttered, while crisp, high quality imagery adds visual interest without distracting from the important information.
As the service involves quite a lot of information for both individuals and organisations, we focused heavily on making the content easy to digest. Short paragraphs, clear headings, bullet points and carefully separated sections allow visitors to scan each page and quickly find what is relevant to them.
The website also clearly explains the independent and confidential nature of the service, who it is designed for and what happens when a concern is raised. Calls to action are placed throughout the site, making it easy for organisations to get in touch and find out more.
The finished website is fully responsive, with the layout adapting across desktop, tablet and mobile to provide a clear and consistent experience on every device.
